At this time, we don't offer exchanges since all our products are made to order. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—there is a size chart link on the right hand side of every product listing. If you don't see a size chart and are unsure of the correct size please send us an email and we'd be happy to send you the full size chart for the item you are looking at.
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know by opening a ticket here or sending an email to info@slakermerch.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
