The process is simple. Our collaborator wants to fund something that requires us to produce a custom item (i.e. enamel pins). We set up a Crowdfunding campaign on behalf of the creator and accept pre-orders. You are only charged when there are enough pre-orders to cover the costs of producing the item.
Once the campaign is over, you will receive a backer survey to let us know which items you want (if there were multiple items in the campaign). We will then send you another email to complete your checkout on our store so you can enter the correct shipping address and pay shipping and any taxes that may be applicable.
